1. Who we are

2. Information, not advice
The guides, FAQs and tools on this site give general information. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they are not a review of your documents or your plot. Before you sign an agreement, a power of attorney or a deed, ask your own advocate to read it.
3. We are the developer
Bhabon Holdings is a real estate developer. If you are a landowner or a flat buyer, we may be the other party to your agreement. Read what we publish with that in mind, and take independent advice.
4. Estimates and calculators
The land return calculator uses our own working assumptions, which are set out on that page: floor-area bands, a share range and a rate per square foot. They are not RAJUK figures and not an offer. The real figures for a plot depend on its approval, soil test, road and market, and are settled only in a signed agreement.
5. Laws, fees and taxes change
Rules change through Finance Acts, gazettes and authority notices. Where this site mentions a law, a fee or a tax, check the current position with the authority or your advocate before you rely on it.
6. Nothing on this site is an offer
Prices, ratios, amenities, layouts and timelines described on this site are general. The only binding terms are those in a written agreement signed by Bhabon Holdings and you. Each project's approval reference number is available on request.
7. Pictures and sample data
Some photographs on this site are illustrative stock images, labelled as such, and do not show our buildings. The floor-plan viewer, where shown, uses sample data unless the page says otherwise.
8. Other websites
Links to RAJUK, Google Maps, WhatsApp and other sites are for convenience. We do not run those sites and are not affiliated with them.
9. Your rights are not reduced
Nothing on this site limits your rights under the Real Estate Development and Management Act 2010, the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 or any other law of Bangladesh.
10. Corrections and complaints
If you think something on this site is wrong or misleading, tell us at info@bhabonholdings.com and we will review it and correct it where needed. How we handle what you send us is set out in our privacy notice.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
