Who we are
This website is run by Bhabon Holdings Limited, House 1332, Avenue 02, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). Privacy questions and requests: info@bhabonholdings.com · +880 1347-541822.
The short version
- The website does not store what you type. Our contact forms do not send anything to our server.
- When you press a "Submit", "Request" or "Chat on WhatsApp" button, the site opens WhatsApp with your message already written. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.
- We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- Like every website, our web server and our network provider see your IP address when you visit (see "What is collected automatically" below).

The calculator itself runs in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent anywhere unless you choose to send the feasibility request.
Please do not send us photos of deeds, national ID cards or other documents on WhatsApp unless we have asked for a specific document and told you why.
What is collected automatically
- Our web server records each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) sits in front of our server to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. It processes your IP address and request details to do that.
- Fonts and photos are served from our own website, like the pages themselves. Your browser does not download them from a font or photo service, so no such service receives your IP address or browser details.
- Offline copy on your device: if your browser supports it, the site saves a copy of its own pages, styles, images and fonts on your device so it loads faster and works offline. This copy holds no personal information. You can delete it in your browser settings ("site data").
Links that take you elsewhere
WhatsApp, Google Maps (our address link) and the RAJUK master-plan portal are run by others. When you follow those links, their own privacy terms apply.
Our basis for using your information
We use what you send us because you chose to send it to ask us something, and to take the steps you asked for before any agreement (Personal Data Protection Act 2026, section 5). If you later sign an agreement with us, that agreement and the law govern the records we keep about it.
Who sees it
- Bhabon Holdings staff who handle enquiries, on the company's WhatsApp account and email.
- WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms) carries your messages; its servers are outside Bangladesh. Sending your enquiry through WhatsApp means it is transferred abroad for that purpose (Personal Data Protection Act 2026, section 29(3)).
- Our professional advisers (such as our advocate or accountant), where needed for a deal you are discussing with us, under a duty of confidentiality.
- A government authority or court, where the law requires us to share it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will only send you marketing messages if you ask us to.
How long we keep it
- We keep enquiries only as long as needed to answer them and follow up on a project.
- If an enquiry leads to an agreement, it is kept with that agreement's records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it or complete it;
- delete it, or stop using it, and withdraw consent you gave earlier.
Write to info@bhabonholdings.com or call +880 1347-541822. Withdrawing consent does not undo what we lawfully did before you withdrew it.
Once the complaint procedure under the Personal Data Protection Act 2026 is in force, you can also complain to the National Data Management Authority.
Children
This site is meant for adults dealing in land and property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and its date first. See also our site disclaimer.
